Morning all, well prelim and lba sent (within proper timescales) on my personal account with Lloyds for £1021.00 of charges. I am going to submit MCOL and complaint with FSA. Standard Lloyds letter received in response to my Prelim, nothing after the LBA!
Just tried to call Andover 'customer service recovery' who 'are experiencing a high volume of calls' leave a message etc but the mailbox is full!!
Thanks again for your support, its so frustrating playing the waiting game and I know deep down you are right! MCOL will be filed on monday... fingers crossed they pay up soon, I am off to Menorca soon and I would love to use the money for spends and treat my kids!!
