Thread: i want to start a claimbut don't know where to start help!

CAN ANBODY SEND A LIST OF THINGS I HAVE TO DO TO GET STARTED WITH A CLAIM I KNOW YOU NEED PROOF OF ALL CHARGES IN THE LAST 6 years BUT THATS ABOUT AS MUCH AS I KNOW CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?
ok i now have my statements and im on my way to claiming im going to start a new bank account and write and ask for my money back thanks to anybody that helped me by replying to my post it all helped i will keep you posted on how im doing and i will let you know about any problems on the way thanks again

Which is where the guide came from in the first place, but then having read the FAQ section (the bit that says "read this first") you would have already known that ;-)
