Iam at the stage where Crapital One have offered my £12 in every charge the put on me. i have received the cheque and have sent back a letter refusing this offer.

Right prelim letter was sent on 8th and signed for on 10th... still no response so L.B.A printing of as we speak and will be in the post on Thursday morning.... fed up window shopping LOL... want my money back !!!!

Ok update .... got a letter this morning from Capital One saying they were paying £72 back onto my card blah blah blah and true to their work I checked my balance online tonight and there it is...... very nice guys and thank you very much however you still owe me £140....ermmmm don't be thinking that I'm gonna be backing down with that little sweetener LOL.... LBA still going off tomorrow
