Question Sweet Revenge v Clydesdale

Hello all. This my first post on here though I've been following the "form" for a while so I hope I've got it right. Thanks to this site I've reached the stage where I've just pased the 14 day deadline today for the bank to repay charges as per LBA. Could'nt have done it without all the great info on here so you can count on my donation when this is done. I had all my statements for 5 years so it was fairly simple to follow the instructions up till now. I'm claiming just over £4k and was going to go for multiple summary claims of £1500 + 8%. That was before I read that this bank has now shut the door on subsequent claims AND had costs awarded! So is the only option now to go for the whole claim with an Ordinary Cause and add the cost of the solicitor to the claim? Also, I read the Clydesdale took a case to a proof hearing yesterday in Edinburgh and I don't know if that outcome (what was it?) has any implications for future claims against them. Hope one of you unsung hero's can help!!

Thanks for the quick reply allybee, I've had a read of that thread and there's some good tips there. Still worried about this proof hearing with the Clydesdale in Edinburgh yesterday though, I think I'll try to find a solicitor who's game meantime so I can submit a "last chance" letter with a firm's name on it! It could be they are stalling claimants pending the outcome of this hearing yesterday and/or, are hoping I'll start with a small claim for £750 which would sabotage the rest if it.
