| | Basic Account Customer | New to this - help please Hiya,
I understand all of the requesting the charges statements and then putting it in writing about intending to claim and stuff but what does LBA and Data Protection Act and stuff like that mean??
When I first read all this stuff all i thought that I had to do was request the details of the charges then write to advise intention to claim ... what do I have to include??
Thanks in advance for your help!!! |

Please read the FAQ's section before beginning, as you will have a lot to read and take on board first. If you then have any questions which you need answering, please feel free to post again after this.
We are here to help, but ultimately, its your claim and your responsibility!
Good Luck,
Louise x | |

| | Site Team | Re: New to this - help please It is daunting when you first see these things, but please remember that it is a legal process, and you must first try and understand what is involved.
My first advice would be to go through the FAQ's, then spend a couple of days reading through the forums. This will answer almost all the questions you can possibly think of - and a lot more as well.
