Hi All, Today I received a reply from the Clydesdale Bank to my prim. letter. Only seven days after I sent it -is that rather quick? I think it is probably a fob-off letter as it goes on to list terms and conditions and ends with "not prepared to refund the charges on your account". They have sent me a leaflet - "Internal Complaint Handling Procedures" and notes that if I have not responsed within 8 weeks they will consider the matter closed.
I also note that this letter comes from the Advice Quatility Unit - Charges Section in Leeds - I sent my original letter to the Head Office in Glasgow.
Do I now proceed with a LBA and do I send it to Glasgow or Leeds. As I live in Scotland will I be going after them in here or in England?
Also as this is a business account is the LBA letter any different to the template one.
Anybody any thoughts.
