Default What should I do ?
Just sent my first Summary Cause action against BOS today to Edinburgh Sheriff Court but have noticed I have sited The Unfair Contracts Term Act
1997 instead of 1977.

What should I do now.

Any help would be appreciated.

Default Re: What should I do ?
Hi Scott.
If the court is open on Saturdays, ring them at 9:00am and tell them that you realise you have made a mistake in the date of one of the legal references. Ask them if they can correct it for you. If not then ask them what the procedure is to correct it yourself.
If they're not open on Saturdays, then try on Monday morning.
I think that if you can get through before the cases are entered into the system You will be OK. If not then there will be a form to fill in and a fee (about £35) to pay.
So don't delay.
