Default Solicitor Needed in Aberdeen

I need the services of a solicitor in the Aberdeen area who do not bank with RBS (as there would be a conflict of interest).

I am looking into taking up an Ordinary Action for about £2500 in the sheriff's court. Tommy McLean has offered me £1545 as 'goodwill gesture' but wants to put into my account which i no longer have access to. Decided to bite the bullet and phone him directly to try and sort things out & am waiting for him to call me back. If cant come to an agreement will go for OA. Have phoned about 15 solicitors in Aberdeen but they all bank with RBS. One i found wants to charge £140 hour and will not give any advice over the phone (cant blame them i suppose when their earning that amount!!).
Anyone ??

You will have to use Quantum Claims or the like as Solicitors in Aberdeen are crap at this kind of stuff.
