Angry Reclaiming Bank Charges for a limited company based in Scotland

I hope someone out there can help me. I understand that the judgement in April may have an impact on reclaiming charges for limited companies. Can anyone explain in easy steps what this judgement now means?

I have been ripped off, let down, mislead by the Royal Bank of Scotland and after 9 years of generally unhelpful and expensive "service", I have had enough and decided to claim back all my charges for the past 5 years. I will be pusruing this claim in Scotland

Can anyone advise me on what is the best approach now. Is it ok for me to close my account and continue the claim. How should I initially approach them. What should the tone of letter be?

All I ever wanted from a bank is a modicum of client service which I am prepared to pay a reasonable sum for. The mess they now find themselves in is indicative at their greed and now they are turning to Joe Public and Alastair Darling to bail them out. What other business would get away with this?

I will be donating money to the site and to a charity of your choice upon success

I would start by having a read here A guide to Business Claims

Please note in Scotland it is 5 years rather than 6 that you can claim for.

Also if you have to file at court the forms will be different as the link relates to claiming in England, but we can walk you through the Scottish court forms if need be.
