BOS-tards have my money!

Hi all,

Like so many before me, I am going to take great pleasure in hanging my Bank out to dry. I am a platinum member of the 'Too much month at the end of the money' club, and regularly a victim of the 'unfair' bank charge.

I have an OD on an unused account with BOS, which I am currently repaying £80 a month back to. On the 1st of each and every month I am levied a nice little debit interest of £25(approx). As you can guess, this seems like a neverending well I've fallen down, or from the banks point of view....a pot of gold!

As it stands, I could easily pay off that overdraft with charge reclaim and in turn, claim back a bit of a life for me and my family.

I look forward to your help in the coming months...

I was especially spurred on to do this by Fruitycar. And if you are reading, a very well done.

OK, so first thing is first, I must get a copy of all statements dating back 5 years(Scottish Stature....pah!) - I will send this off shortly and keep you all posted. While that is cooking....I'll be reading up on all documentation provided and will try and take hints from the case studies on these here forai.
