Starting Claims

Hi all,Since it's a 1st post, a brief introduction about myself - mid-20s male, part-time worker/part-time student, financial situation poor (but slowly being addressed). I have perhaps £500-£750 of charges I could reclaim split between 3 accounts (2 credit, 1 current) which would be helpful. The main thing that troubles me is that I will likely have to use the legal system and my confidence in that institution is very low. But hopefully this will be easy and the banks will just cave in to my demands(!)
My newbie question regards requests for account info under the Data Protection Act - I have both a credit card and a current account with Lloyds TSB, both of which have incurred unlawful charges. Can I lump these together and request the charges info on both in the same letter for £10? And looking ahead, will I have to do seperate claims on each (particularly given the pending OFT case stalling non-credit card charge claims)? Thanks in advance for any help.</p>

Yes. A Subject Access Request is for all the info they hold on you so you can do one Subject Access Request for several accounts with the same company.
