Meanwhile we always need funds Click on this message to donate I am in: Dunbar, East Lothian Posts: 47	Slight change to the wording of a claim I have just filed my first claim with the court in Edinburgh and the helpful lady said that I need to modify what I say in Section 4 of form 1a and 1b: The pursuer claims from the defendant the sum of £722.00 with interest on that sum at the rate of 8% annually from the date of service together with the expenses of brining the action. They scored out 'of each charge' which was between 'date of service' & 'together with'. I also had the name of the bank manager included in Section 3 and that was also scored out leaving the defender as the Halifax PLC. __________________ --------------------------------------------------- Halifax - Email sent for Data Protection Act - 25/04/06 Bank Statments arrived from CR - 27/04/06 Request for repayment sent rec delivery - 03/05/06 Offer of £750 from the Halifax - declined 15/05/06 Letter from the Halifax saying they will not pay more - 16/06/06 First Claim filed with the Small Claims Court 22/06/06 Owed: £2520
