keep me right

Hi

can someone just keep me right here. I am claiming 1650 in charges from one bank. If I send PAL and the LBA asking for it back at that sum above first and then if no joy i go onto do 3 seperate claims. Or am I best to do 3 seperate letters from beginning. Just wanted the go ahead before i send this letter off. Ps I have done the letter asking for 1650. Will I just send?

I assume you've got three seperate accounts?

I don't believe you need to split them into 3 seperate claims - I'm fairly (99%) confident that you can group them into a single claim.

Hi,

I'm claiming £1400 from 1 bank and sent the PLA and LBA asking the full amount. Now I'm at the court stage I've split the claim up, £744 for the first one. Hopefully if they pay up without going to court they'll pay the full amount as they have it in their records.

Send the letters asking for it all, you might be lucky and they'll pay it without going to court.
What bank is it?

Sorry for my delay in reply my comp was broke. I am with BOS. I have sent the letter asking for the 1600 back. Ill send 2nd one if nothing then is it the govan law centre i would have to approach since we cant use moneyclaim? thanks in advance
