Hi

Hope you are all well.

I have all my statements here sent to me from Lorraine Cassidy, Senior Compliance Manager, I have worked out they have taken £2900 in 3 years from 2001 - 2004.

The only address I have to send the first letter requesting repayment of charges to is:

Thanks, just had a letter from Sandy Watts saying they are looking into my charges and will respond, well I am sending next letter as they have had 16 days!

sent my LBA, still not heard anything, they have till next week before I start Court proceedings.

I read in the paper today that one persons court case got thrown out so was in favour of the Bank (lloyds TSB I think) , it was in the Metro (free london paper) basically saying the judge deemed it fair to be charged £39 ....
