Your deadline for the LBA is 7 March so wait until then.... if you don't hear anything file the claim.
It doesn't matter whether you send it to head office or your branch as they will forward it to the correct department. I sent all my correspondence to: The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC Customer Relations Unit
