Default Minimum claim for RBS creditcard?

lol - just totalled up the overlimit fees etc for my old RBS card and it only comes to around £120

Is it worth claiming fo this little? Will the bank just laugh in my face?

Luckily my HSBC and First Direct current accounts figures are much bigger...

It's your money....get it back. How about going for 29.84% contractual interestautolinker.com autolinking image on it? Be a bit more than £120 then!

There are several threads running and a very good take on it by bankfodder.

Unfortunately I can't figure out how to link so here goes...

Check out-
'Authorised interestautolinker.com autolinking image and Unauthorised Interest' in Nationwide forum
'Full Settlement can I ask for the interest now' here in RBoS
and bankfodder's
'A New Way of Looking at Interest- 1st successful Claim - N'wide' in General forum

There are several others as well, do a forum search for 'contractual interest'....

I'm watching progress on this matter with *ahem*, interest.
