A quick call/ letter informing them that you are reporting them to the information commissioner and giving them a final 7 day deadline. (if letter - send recorded delivery) then look in forum library on how to contact the information commissioner.

You will find that, at various stages, the bank will probably need a rocket and this one should help.

I have had to do this before with RBS, send them this letter and then if you do not receive a response, file for a claim for non-compliance. If you are unsure of what to do then please come back and ask.
