have you read the FAQs? If not do that first.

Have you got your statements? If so, have you highlighted the charges and put them into one of the spreadsheets?

Have you requested these charges back nicely? If so then update your spreadsheet and send in your lbaautolinker.com autolinking image.

well today, i have sent off that data protection letter, asking for a full list of charges, so i will start again when i get their response i guess.

do you think i have mucked it up now, and lost my chance
