they said they wont pay me a penny !

i sent the standard letter in, and they replied saying they would not pay.

what do i do now?

have you read the FAQs? If not do that first.

Have you got your statements? If so, have you highlighted the charges and put them into one of the spreadsheets?

Have you requested these charges back nicely? If so then update your spreadsheet and send in your lba autolinker.com autolinking image

well today, i have sent off that data protection letter, asking for a full list of charges, so i will start again when i get their response i guess.

do you think i have mucked it up now, and lost my chance

No,
you should be OK as long as you now keep to the timescale and the procedure. Have you sent the Data Protection Act to your Branch?
