Question Not asked to sign anything again

Just had my 2nd claim against BoS settled and once again the settlement letter has not asked me to sign 'in full and final settlement'.
Is this an oversight on their part or standard for BoS?

RBS sisn't ask me to keep quiet but not to sign anything! Ar ethe banks beginning to feel defeated? I hope so! Guy I spoke to on the phone at A&L is offering me a goodwill payment and I'm only at S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) stage. Not even mentioned charges yet! We're definately changing things!! Go us!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone tell me if I have to actually insert Letter Before Action on the top of my letter or would any format be OK as long as the main details re charges and impending court action is included. Thanks
