The enhancement ensures that all parties have access to real-time confirmation/affirmation and enables the bank�s treasury department to track the status of the confirmations. Prior to selecting the City Networks product, HBOS was faxing or posting confirmations. Now, the bank can view confirmations via a Web browser, which translates into the elimination of tangible remote IT overheads and additional branch software.
