Default BOS telebanking tip
Here's a timesaving tip when calling BOS telebanking, when you get to the menu section just hit 00 on your phone and you get put through to someone straight away. Saves going through the other nonsense.

Received statements today, not bad as requested them on Tuesday had to pay £5 fee. Calculated BOS have charged me £328 since Sept 05 so sending off first letter today.
