Settled Cases

Hi all,

Can someone tell me what the success rate with the RBS IS there seems to be allot of threads but i don’t seem to see much about settled cases even when i check the settled cases forum there is not much there?? any info would be good.

Hey,
They settled my 1st claim

Just handed in a summons yesterday for claim 2, which I fully expect to be paid on as well

If everyone follows the proceedure on this forum the success rate would be 100% because the charges are unlawful
