| | Platinum Account Customer | Debt_Mountain vs Bank Of Scotland - Sharing my personal information. Now that the bank charges are all resolved I am now taking BOS to court for reporting my personal information with the CRAs without my permission.
They are reporting 4 accounts, 1 is allegedly sold to Cabot and the other 3 were all cleared some years ago.
Cabot are already in court for what they are sharing so I thought it only correct I go for the original creditor too.
Claiming damages andt cost to check my credit file every month since I asked them to stop and the removal of all information as they don't have any agreements. I have asked for them and they have supplied 2 application forms and 2 agreements but no T/C.
I am also using the "the contract has ended" arguement as they have continued to share my data but there is no law allowing them to do so in pertuity.
Should have been served today but will need to wait for the notice from the court.

I don't see this so much as trouble, I see this as sport. They have already done all the damage they can it can only get better from here. I have had loads of charges back that are far more than the defaulted amounts added together. |

Just makes me wonder if they will file defence as with a lot of people they have said they were going to but havent, mine included.
Dont forget if they dont, go straight for a Judgement by Default . dont allow them anymore time than they have already had.
Good Luck keep us updated.
