I have been offered the chance of a partnership in a business with another friend. We have given it a lot of thought and are sure we could make a sucess of it. (It could also be a chance for me to earn some cash to clear some debts) My friend is prepared to to put up the cash initiallt as he knows my situation. However we need to rent a shop premises. We have found a suitable one at a good price. Now the problem. On the forms we have to fill in I have to put my bank details. (I have just changed banks because of claiming my charges back so dont have mch history with my new bank) I also have to give the name of my mortgage provider. I am currently in arrears by 2 months on my mortgage for the first time ever. Im worried that this may prevent us being able to rent the property. Can anyone advise please. Thank you.
