Default two evictions at the same time

the new oner of the propety i live in is using an agent .
i am in court on the 18 may for none payment of rent as the court date was ajurned as the land lords agent has no charter for rent.
i am being evicted for none payment of rent ,but the agent will not give me tennancy to claim rent .
today the 17 may i recived a s21 eviction yet i am in court tomoro for none payment of rent
the agent has sent thugs round to threten me and my kids .{had my front 2 teeth knocked out}
he has broken in to my flat 3 times changed the locks wile i was out ,put a big dog in the hall wich has atacked me ,stole hundreds of pounds worth of stuff ,harrassed me thretend me broke windows cut water pipes so i got flooded and the celings have fallen in ,all in an atempt to drive me out .
ive been to the police but thay refuse to help as its a civel matter even wen he broke in wile i was in the flat an phisicaley threw me out on the streets it took 3 hourse on the phone to housing enforcement and shelter to get the police to gain entrey to get me back in the flat this is just a few of the thins that i need help with PLEASE HELP...........

Long story short - if they have served a VALID section 21 notice upon you, then you will be evicted in due course, nothing you can do about it. However, you should be pursuing certain things as criminal matters - such as the assault, intimidation, harrassment, burglary and probably unlawful eviction(unlawful eviction is a funny old criminal charge - it is the INTENT that has to be proven, NOT the end result - ie it is an offence to ATTEMPT to unlawfully evict, whether successful or not). If the plod at the desk does not listen, ask to speak to someone in CID. Do not let the police brush you off, these ARE criminal matters, and they MUST do something about it.
