Re: two evictions at the same time Long story short - if they have served a VALID section 21 notice upon you, then you will be evicted in due course, nothing you can do about it. However, you should be pursuing certain things as criminal matters - such as the assault, intimidation, harrassment, burglary and probably unlawful eviction(unlawful eviction is a funny old criminal charge - it is the INTENT that has to be proven, NOT the end result - ie it is an offence to ATTEMPT to unlawfully evict, whether successful or not). If the plod at the desk does not listen, ask to speak to someone in CID. Do not let the police brush you off, these ARE criminal matters, and they MUST do something about it.
