i do ap;ogizew beofre saying what iam about to say but i am tired to always justify myself i keep doing that but i keep hearing the same crxp look for a solicitor .. welll if i could i would have done that from day one but hey if i could afford one unfortunately i can't.

this website was a minefield to draw by myself m,y own defence, to wich i am very gratefull and thankfull, but i feel sometines it is rather judgemental on certain issues.

on my own issues, i only met ignorance from the police, the council, the CAB to say the least i am feeling very let down from the very organisation which are suppose to help you out when you need them the most. they are not there.

i am tired of all the same crap , of people abusing the right of other for their own gain, etc ... i work as a carer and i never seen so much hypocrisy in my life in what u call justice !

u can only have it if u can afford it! this my last word thank you and sorry for this words.

Phat - its not about being "judgemental". Actually, most problems raised on here we never refer to a solicitor, as most tenancy/landlord issues simply do not require it. I think you dont realise the limitations that we have - we can get as much information as we like, but we are always somewhat removed and distant from the case. Also, as we are simply a group of people who give our advice for free, we have to be wary of advising on particularly complex issues - simply because of the consequences if we get it wrong! The professionals can at least give you an answer chapter and verse, and you have comeback if they are wrong. Above all, as we are here giving free advice, we are here to GUIDE. We are not here to give you every little details and effectively sort out your case for you.

Again, I think judgmental is the wrong word - you simply do not realise the limitations of the advice you can receive on a public and free forum.

If you cant afford a solicitor, fair enough(although I have suggested attempting to find one on a "no win no fee" basis...). But I have told you at least 3 times on this thread to make an OFFICIAL complaint regarding the issues to both the council and the police, if they are refusing to act. From what I have read, to date you have not done this.

For absolute clarification, you need to speak to the council regarding the unlawful eviction, and the police about all the OTHER legal issues - these issues have nothing directly to do with the tenancy.

sorry mr shed my frustration is toward soem official to whom i complained.

yes i di d a formal complaint in May to the chief constable and to the council . to date the council have chosen to ignore my complaint and refer me to the police then the chief constable send out someone who told me that due to arrears we better off using the civil route as there is nothing criminal ...

sorry my frustration was not towards you nor this group but only to the official people i did complaint too ! one police officer told me blatanlty that he doens't care she hads every right to make every false allegation as she is the owner ( well we still need to prove that !) . he prefer to chase apeopel who robbed off old lady as there is nothing criminal ! when i mentioend that she has stolen a cheque, he told me that is criminal and that the bank who should deal with it. then i worte a second letter to the chief cosntable that was in june that then that he sent some else out for the moment they just monitored it .

anyway we already reproted her to the tax office ,, she is apparently under .a tax investigation

i even wrote to my local MP she hasn't bothered to answer back. the council is refusing to ake any action as we are not homeless for then that was the end of story although they did made a written statement for our court bundle.

oh trust me i did made a formal complaint but i am turning around in circle with them it is like a tennis match who can catch the ball and to whom to transfer it ....

and sorry the frsutration was not intended towards you or anyone here on this forums . it just made my blood boiled that some people can just get away so easily like that with no consequence regarding of their own action !!!!

My next best suggestion would be to PM Aequitas - he is one of the most knowledgable here, and may be able to help.

I have read this thread and am sorry to say that I am not sure there is anything I can add to what has already been said. You have admitted that you do not have a complete command of the English language (though you are doing splendidly) and if you cannot afford a solicitor the next best thing I can suggest is a friend to help with the court process. I believe you are allowed to take a friend into court to consult, although s/he may not speak on your behalf.
