Totaly agree! In my opinion that judge is an idiot. That should be appealed immediatley (if you still can).
Back to the story. I found a solicitor last night (IBB Solicitors) who seemed VERY TDS aware over the phone unlike the previous two i've spoken to. Amazing how many you claim they are tennant/landlord lawyers and you mention "TDS" and they say "whats that?"!!! Anyway, the solicitor is reviewing the documentation i dropped off to him last night and will get back to me with his opinion on the case and an estimate of costs.
OFC, if the costs come back at £1000 (for example) then it may not go to court as I will ask the LL to settle for £7300 out of court, which he would be wise too!
Will continue to keep you informed
