Unhappy My worried sister...Help

My sister is leasing a property from a local well establised estate agent. It has come to her attention that the owner of the property has not been paying the mortgage and hence Redtone are reprossing the property. Apparently Redstone are not aware that the property is being rented out.

My sister is fraught with worry that the property will be forcefully entered as redstne think that the property owner resides there.

What should she do

What should she do

First of all dont panic.
The same thing happened to me.
Now what needs to be done if not already is to notify the estate agent that she is a tennant.

They cant throw anyone out without a ccj
Now go the your nearest county court with the tennancy agreement and ask the clerk if redtone or anyone else have filed any papers to take the owner to court.
Now if the court says yes it is going to court, You can go to court too and sit in chambers with the judge on the hearing date, the judge should throw out the reposession order because the home has a tennant.
Please go to the county court though its very important you do this.
secondly although they arent much help, go to the cab
