Remerging of landlord and tenant sections into one

Hi all,

A couple of months back, the letting section was split into two, a matter of some contention among us regular posters over there. At the time, BF did state that the issue would be reviewed.

With that in mind, I have reopened the discussion over there, hopefully with a view to get you guys to re-merge the forums.

All I ask is that the powers that be read the thread over the next couple of days, and in particular note the opinions of us regular posters over there, notably: myself, Joa, Aequitas, Demon_x_slash, Planner and Esio Trot.
