What points? Short answer, no with a but - long answer, yes with an if!

No but seriously, probably is still valid, depending on which points!

It says in the contract that all repairs which have to be done, should be started or completed within 10 days of written complaint to the agency.
Thats now 2 and a half month ago.

The next point is that the landlady didnt sign the contract and none of her details are on the contract.
She canceld now her contract with the agency because of problems they had, and so we dont know where we are.
Because we didnt sign anything till now direct with the landlady.

We basically just wanna move out from here, cause its not secure, dumb is everywhere, its cold cause the windows doesnt close properly etc etc. the list is long...
we have a house where we could move, but the decision has to be made quickly... so we just wanna know... if we can move or not...

thanks a lot for the help

- What repairs?
- Did the agency sign the contract, and are their details present?
- When did you move in?
- What is the fixed term of the contract?

the repairs should be:

- they said they put in new windows cause the old ones doesnt close and lock and there is always a draft in the room
- toilet bathroom and shower should all be done new, cause there is dumb everywhere
- the ceiling should be done new, there is water coming through, just yesterday when it rained, we discovered a new one
- the backdoor should be done (we had already burguler in the house, where we got the police + police report)
-there are mice in the house (we had dead mice in the bathroom)
-there are holes in the wall and the carpet is so dirty that when you walk barefoot they get black
-dumb on the walls and wardrobe
- and some more small things

the agency on my copy did not sign the contract
and the details are from the agency and not the landlady, which now wants the money cause she got rid of the agency

i moved in on the 15th of september and the fixed term is a short hold tenancy agreement of 43 weeks (cause im a student)

thanks a lot for your help... thats great
