Do not post or start claiming until you have read the entire FAQ section and step by step guides and you have a good basic idea of what to do and of the layout of the forum.

| | Platinum Account Customer | Change of forums? Admin if you are reading this - I strongly disagree with this splitting of the forums, tenant threads are inherently applicable to landlords and vise versa, and this splitting of the forums can only reduce the amount of information available to either side. One new user has come to the forum and decided that the section is not valid for landlords, when in actual fact past experience shows differently. It's like splitting the bank charges forum into a section for banks and one for customers. It is a two way relationship and what is applicable to tenants is equally 100% applicable to landlords, albeit in reverse. For example, us advising a tenant to only sign an inventory when 100% happy, is equally advising landlords to ensure they have a signed inventory.
Rant over, and probably too late to change it now.

We'll see how it goes and change it back if necessary.
