HELP !!! Unsure of my rights

I have recently been told that my flat is to be renovated and rent will increase accordingly ( agency has advised me that he will move me into one of his vacant bedsits while the work is carried out ).I have been unable to contact landlord as of yet but I suspect the rent will increase substantially and I will no longer be able to afford to live there

. I have been living there for two years happily and I don't want to move

.............does anyone know if I have any rights ?? Thanks

Please have a look at this. It may well be that you can dispute the increase by getting them involved. Do let us know if that's any use to you.

you will probably have to be given 2 months notice to quit. landlords cant just move you around on a whim, also contact shelter housing advice,
