Not sure if this is correct area to post this, perhaps, the mediator will correct for me.
Anyway -

- I have just received a letter from RBS saying they will refund ALL my personal account charges.
I applied for a refund of my personal and business account charges. I already had all bank statements as I keep them for my business.
I sent my letter around the 20th December, they returned with a response on 9th January (although it took a while for it to get to me) and I have just received a response re my personal account saying they will refund, as a gesture of goodwill, £3853 - absolutely delighted. I have to sign some paperwork and they will refund directly to my account.
I am waiting to hear about the business account !
They have stated that I should run my account accordingly and if I feel this not appropriate they can give me a basic account where I cannot go into overdraft.
