| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: Please give up yr time just a few minutes..I need yr help When a reply or post is made to a thread, it moves to the top of the list. If no one makes a reply then it gradually slips down the index as it is replaced by threads which have new posts in them until if finally disappears off the bottom.
'Bump' is use as a reply and keeps your thread within the index that is displayed on the front page.

| | Classic Account Customer | Re: Please give up yr time just a few minutes..I need yr help As a guard of 27 years service, and the last 12 years as the staff rep and HSWA Rep. I did the rosters we worked.
As there were 7 men in the roster, that gave us a 49 day link.
We worked a maximum continous shifts of 6 days, which is half what Hidden reccomends.
The link consisted of 49 days of which 21 days were rest days, from this link we averaged 35hrs, which is what we were paid.
On week 4 of the link we had 7 days off from duty.
Week 7 was to cover for annual leave.
Working round this link was great as all our jobs were early mornings with a shift length of between 6hrs and 12 hrs.(12 hours for Ballast Turns.)
All shifts had over 14 hours rest between turns of duty, better than Hidden(12)
