Guest | Usb I bought a pack bell in feburary this year. approx april the usb port came off in my hand. i phoned them to ask only for them to say it was not under warranty and it was my fault. what do i do ? as this was plstic ? The same thing is happening to the other usb port ? | |

| | Site Team | Re: Usb If you bought it in February then it should still be under warranty, but remember that a warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, it does not replace them.
Have you contacted the retailer? They have a duty to deal with your complaint under the SOGA - don't waste your time contacting the manufacturer.
What did you buy? Packard Bell make lots of things... PCs, printers, scanners, etc.
