i know there was ALOT of computers having that difficulty with actually connecting might have affected speed as well.
not sure that might help..
in the online game can you get a sheet print off of the lattency to show the store might help you argue with them, print off the same sheet from the laptop and show it them as a comparison....
stores going to do anything to ge tout of it as there return time is 28 days, if they try to stick to that point out that that is only ADITIONAL to your statutory rights...

I bought a Packard Bell pc from pc world on the 8th April 2008, this was only after stating that i needed it for online gaming which is the main thing i really use the pc for.
As i had not been well recently i hadnt got to try my new pc for online games until last week, i was very disappointed as i can not play online games with it as it laggs terribly, so much so i am now using an old laptop which performs perfectly.
I took it back today to pc world and asked if they could look at it and have just been called and told there is nothing wrong with it, but there is as i can not use it to play online games which is the very reason i bought it.
Can anyone give me any advise on my rights please, as it cost me £800.00 and am now resorting to use a laptop to be able to play my hobby. | What games are these/this?
I'll get you some commands to do and so you can print off some details (And maybe solve your problem). |
