Default Am I covered under SOGA?
Hi all,

As a business customer am I entitled to the same rights as a personal consumer under SOGA?

My Packard Bell, bought via RentSmart, has died a month out of warranty. Can I claim 'reasonable life' as a business customer, or should I take my beef to the finance company?

Thanks in advance for any help.

As a business customer you have less rights then a normal consumer, you are not entitled to a free repair/replacement like a normal customer under the SOGA. It might be possible to claim damages however I need to re-look into it
