Default help needed in my welcome ppi/charges claim asap please

hi folks
long winded but..
took out hp for a car on 5th sept 2004-nearly didnt get loan as i was a casual worker.

added on to loan was ppi -£935+interest=£1295.
tried to cancel ppi on several occasions to no avail-finally cancelled in october 2005.-£600 approx refunded.

recently i realised that i was never actually covered with ppi for the same reason i nearly didnt get loan-casual worker.

also had £420 charges added -loan still running in arrears.
got £220 refunded for charges last week so asked for proof that refund had been made off balance-also asked for cca and refund of mis-sold ppi.

your ppi was refunded on 7th sept 2004 i was told??

its now come to light they started ppi on 05/09/2004, cancelled it on 07/09/2004 then started a seperate policy on 07/09/2004.

how could they do this and how should i calculate what they owe me back-very confused.

should i now request in WRITING cca??

should they have cancelled the ppi then reincepted it 2 days later without a further signature??

because they added ppi on 07/09/2004 and have only reduced my total loan amount by my payments and the £600 refund in oct 2005-what figures and dates do i need to calculate my claim-will be going for cci @ 25.9%
i assume i claim £1295 from 07/09/2004 til oct 2005 then deduct the amount of £600-assume i then put cci on whats left to take me to present date
please help me someone-its so complicated. want letter on welcomes door mat by monday a.m
thanks
