London Mortgage Company - Can I claim back my PPI?

I bought my house 4years ago using this company.

The person who arranged the mortgage has since gone broke and is on the run (!).

Can I claim back my PPI at all? If so, who do I write to to get it back?

Any help will be appreciated !

Thanks for your reply. It was very informative. I will be following it up on Tuesday when I am off work. As for the Insurance company, I am not sure but will dig through all my paperwork and find out.

Hello,

I do know with the mis-selling of endowmnet mortgages, there was a compensation fund if brokers could not be found or located. but it may be different with the ppi so as I say ring them to see if they can help you.
