Ppi And My Charging Order - Help Needed Pls.

I have 3 charging orders on my property
£5400
£8000
£11500

all have PPI included and the agreements ended due to non payment (very early on)

is it possible to fight the PPI charges and get a variation on the charging order to make them normal CCJ 's again?

I need the help as I am trying to free up some equity on my property for a housing grant which we are desperate for.

Hello John,

I have just stumbled accross your thread. I don't know about getting the charging orders changed to ccj's. I believe they come hand it hand

You can however write to the companies regarding the ppi if you feel it was mis-sold to you and either get the monies owed to you paid by cheque or the amount of the charging orders reduced(this I think would have to bd done throught the courts)

Anyway its worth the price of the letters to start with so maybe have a go
