stupidly took out 2 loans with b.h. and had ppi on both i was never asked if i wanted them just told were to sign,as it was done over the phone then the papers sent to me,i think ill be paying it forever,only 1k and 1.5k,but still owe them a lot and ive payed a lot,i have a pre existing medical condition this was never discussed,mind you nothing was regarding the ppi,can i reclaim this?i read the post above and think i might have a chance any thoughts?

Hello,

I would send your Subject Access Request to them regarding the loans, do not mention anything in your letter regarding your intentions.

Ask you all info including telephone recordings on the conversations. Give them your telephone and the dates the loan started. and let them to the rest. They will probably tell you that they can't find them, but insist.

I insisted for about three letters threatening that they were not complying, breach of data act etc etc. and low and behold they found them and they then had to admit the mis-selling.

They won't be running to help you so you must keep on at them.

Yes with one in a fashion, now in dicussions regarding the refund payment
