I have taken advice from an IFA and also the brokers who put me in touch with GE Money, and both tell me I have a strong case regards my PPI. Is there a standard letter (or set of letters)??

PS: Also, does anyone know how I change my signature!?

Hello,

There are no template letters as such. Everybody is claiming for different reasons. If you look through the different ppi threads you will see examples of different letters. Just grab bits that appeal to your claim.
Once you have done your leter, you can post it onyour thread for comments. Just make sure there are no names, account no etc etc before you post it on the forum.

As for your signature, have alook in your user cp. Top left hand corner. lok at signatures and amend it. I think
