Join Date: Apr 2006 Posts: 76	PPI Help Welcome finance have offfered me half of the ppi refund but not all I have therefore gone to the finanancial ombudsman who have come back with this reply Thank you for your e-mail The type of agreement you have with the firm is not currently regulated by the Financial Services Authority and does not fall within our remit. You can contact The Finance & Leasing Association who may be able to help you further, their details are as follows- The Finance & Leasing Association Elizabeth Machin Imperial House 15-19 Kingsway London WC2B 6UN What do I do now do I take them to court? if they have offered half should I accept and leave it? I would appreciate any help
