£80 a month saving would be very helpful at the moment!! |
Hello and welcome
The first step you have to take is sending a Subject Access Request under the Data Protection Act 1998.to them It costs £10 but if they comply with it and they must by law. You can gain all the infor for you to proceed.
Be warned that they will try to fool you by not giving you letters copies of telephone calls etc etc. you have to be one step in front of them all the time, but you can do it. promise. Just read all the threads relating to the ppi section, some of us have been there, seen it and are wearing the teashirt.
If they have mis-sold you the ppi. They cannot make you take out a new loan if you insist on cancelling it. They are tricksters and will do any thing not to give you back what they have tricked you into giving them.
\\\\\\\\\\we are all in the same boat so just ask for help and hopefully we can give you the help you need.
