Question Has anyone had a successful PPI claim against HFC?
Hi,

I am about to try and reclaim PPI and a default removal from HFC. Has anyone on here had any success with regards to claiming back a PPI from this excuse of a bank?

Not sure if anyone has had any success against HFC, Were you mis-sold the PPI ?,

Hi Ian,

Thanks for the resonse, you replied also to my thread under HFC - Advice needed.

HFC - Advice Needed

Basically I need a hand in drafting up a letter, I have read your case with LLoyds and am fairly confident I have a case, however my main objective is to get the default removed. Anything else is a bonus
