Hi guys iam interested in anyone like myself who is up against welcome finance like other claims on this site we should all stand up as one against all crediters iam right behind anyone not just those claiming welcome but all banks loan companies or anyone else who sees fit to rob the public blind & think that we will stand for it feed back is what we all require together as one voice so help each other because these people are bigger edited than anyone

I know for sure that before finding CAG, I would have given up with my claim with GE.. But with all the support and encouragement from others here GE now have a battle on thier hands..lol

And as my OH always says , when I get hold of something that gets me annoyed I will not give in until a solution has been found.. I just hate to be ripped off and will do whatever I can to prevent others from being ripped off. Thats why I Have spent many nights and weekends researching the whole PPI thing.

I am in the process of trying to get a default removed at the moment. Sent the CCA and Subject Access Request and waiting there reply's. Had a phone call from a lday last week saying she pass all the details on immedately, and asking why i was trying to sort this out now, none the less i am still waiting

Welcome Finance use 2nd class post as standard.

Generally their letters arrive 5 days after they say they have sent them. I know. I'm an expert!
