Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) The misselling of Payment Protection Insurance is widespread, and believed to run into billions of pounds. This forum will help you to see if you have a valid claim for a refund, and guide you through the process.

Default Sale of goods and services act -v- PPI

I paid various amounts for this , and when I claimed I was neither aknowedged or paid out , shortly after the account was passed to a DCA , it was paid off after about 7 months the outstanding was between £2800-and £3200, I have the exact amount via the receipts etc, but not to hand.

I am going to send a letter along the lines of ......I paid for a service that you failed to deliver on and as such I am claiming all payments to yourselvestogether with the accrued interest .

I am unsure of required wording and would be happy to receive any input as to wording ,advice or anything else going down this route

The amount of the payments is around £1000, and I thought that this would be an easier amount to reclaim as opposed to the full amount, again any thoughts
