Then you must write to them advising them that they have breached the Data Protection Act. Get on to Information Commissioners Office office and write a complaint. I can almost guarantee that you will have your copy agreement timeously after that!!!! LOL

Interesting reading for you Stan. The Fraud Act is now law but there should be an updated version somewhere on the site. This is just the draft bill.

you should send them a Failure to Comply notice under the Data Protection act , and also register a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office.
