Welcome Finance PPI

I have a secured loan with welcome finance and they told me i had to buy the ppi to get the loan can i get the money back on it? i cant prove it as the man told me in person. can i claim the money back? what can i do can anyone please help? he added the total amount of the ppi and added to the value of the loan.

When did you take out this loan as this type of insurance has only been regulated since Jan 2005? What are your personal circumstances - i.e. are you employed/self employed? Do you have a good/non-existent sickpay scheme at work?

yes my work has a sick pay scheme and i am employed and took the loan after jan 2005
