Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) The misselling of Payment Protection Insurance is widespread, and believed to run into billions of pounds. This forum will help you to see if you have a valid claim for a refund, and guide you through the process.

Default PPI Policy Document

I am chasing for a couple of mis sold ppis and the sellers are disputing the fact that it was made as a condition of the loan, but I know it was as I can remember the converstations with the snotty gitts on the phone

but anyway.

If they are saying it was not a condition then I should have been able to cancel it at anytime but when I did try 3 months in they refused as I was outwith the 30 days cooling off. the loan is now cleared off by the way.

Can I go down the route of the 30 days cooling off was never explained, I was never sent a policy cdocument so how can I confirm if in the 30 days I decide I don't need the policy as I don't know what it covers?

1 of my agreements has no description of the type of cover only the amount to pay monthly. The text bos where they should have entered that it was single life/joint life inc redundancy etc so I think this should be invalid anyway.

thanks
